This office has many critical roles; everything from delegated administration and supervision of curriculum implementation to human resource welfare- the list is endless
The core mandate of the office is instilling and managing discipline among pupils. Discipline is the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior. It is a fact that it is the only thing in life that works as a bridge between goals and accomplishments. As a school we have employed diverse strategies to achieve this; they include and not limited to:
- The free and fair election process of prefects.
- All-inclusive penal code with common offenses and likely consequences.
- Proactive guidance and counseling.
- Public recognition and rewarding well-behaving pupils.
- Frequent involvement of parents where necessary.
Discipline is one of our value propositions as a school, therefore we endeavor to impact every child in our hands positively and in a big way. We thank God for the success.
Hebrews 12:11
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it”
